Three-star Maurice Medley has committed to Syracuse, he announced on social media Monday. The Baltimore, Maryland native chose SU over offers from Penn State, Michigan, Michigan State, Boston College and Maryland, among other schools. He’s currently listed as an athlete by 247Sports and ON3 but is labeled as a defensive end and outside linebacker on MaxPreps.

Medley attended Syracuse’s win over then-No. 8 Miami on Saturday and committed two days later. He’s currently a junior at St. Frances Academy (Maryland) and is ranked as the No. 13 player in Maryland, according to 247Sports.

He’s the third player to commit to Syracuse in the 2026 class, joining D’Antae Sheffey and Jaxson Gates. The Orange’s 2026 class currently ranks 27th in the nation.
