I was saddened to see a photograph on dailyorange.com depicting the Wall of Remembrance as a stage for a rally, and even more so, protesters standing on the memorial. It is disheartening to know there are people on this campus so disrespectful of the memory of our students murdered in the bombing of Pan Am 103 that the desecration of the Wall of Remembrance has come to be acceptable behavior for our faculty, staff and students.
